Local Steve S. Ryan, PhD, author of Beat Your A-Fib: The Essential to Finding Your Cure will speak and sign books November 4 at Bank of Books as part of their Grand Opening celebration.

OCTOBER 29, 2012 MALIBU, CA. Steve S. Ryan, PhD, an 18-year resident of Malibu and former professor at Pepperdine University, has written a book exploring the heart disease Atrial FibrillationBeat Your A-Fib: The Essential Guide to Finding Your Cure.  Reviews by cardiologists and A-Fib patients have been very positive.

Dr. Ryan had A-Fib himself and was cured back in 1998. “When I had A-Fib, it destroyed my life. I wrote Beat Your A-Fib to provide readable, reliable information on A-Fib and how to be cured.” Dr. Ryan is an avid 71-year-old sprinter who recently placed second in the 200 meters at the USA West Regional Masters Track and Field Meet.
